• New models of evaporating liquid films in heated tubes are developed. Liquid particles allowed to overtake one another. Non-uniform evaporation proposed. Models derived from the physical conservation laws. described by time-delay equations relating inflow and outflow. The paper presents novel control-oriented transport for a falling film evaporator. In this context, our goal consists qualitatively mapping experimentally observed input-output behavior.
